【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiestherequirementsformetallicshopfabricatedcylindrical,horizontalsteeltanks,singleanddoubleskinfortheabovegroundstorageofwaterpollutingliquids(bothflammableandnon-flammable)withinthefollowinglimits:—from800mmupto3000mmnominaldiameterand,—uptoamaximumoveralllengthof6timesthenominaldiameterand,—forliquidswithamaximumdensityofupto1,9kg/land,—withanoperatingpressure(Po)ofmaximum1,5bar(abs.)and,—wheredoubleskintankswithavacuumleakdetectionsystemareusedthecinematicviscosityofthestoredmediashallnotexceed5×10m/s.Thisdocumentisapplicablefornormalambienttemperatureconditions(-20℃to+50℃).Wheretemperaturesareoutsidethisrange,additionalrequirementsneedtobetakenintoaccount.ThisdocumentisnotapplicableforthestorageofliquidshavingdangerousgoodclasseslistedinTable1becauseofthespecialdangersinvolved.NOTETheclassificationsreferredtoarethoseadoptedbytheUnitedNationsCommitteeofExpertsontheTransportofDangerousGoods(nottobeinterpretedastankclassesdescribedin3.1.4).Thisdocumentdoesnotcovertheinstallationoftankswhichmightbesubjecttolocalregulationsinvolvingpollutioncontrol.
