【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyrequirementsforspreadersusedwithcranesdesignedforthepurposeofhandlingISOcontainersbasedonISO668includingotherlengthssuchas45ft.Theconnectionbetweenthespreaderandthecontainerisbytheuseoftwistlocksthatengageintothecontainer’suppercornercastings.Thestandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocontainerhandlingspreaders,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Thespreaderisinterfacedtothecrane’scontrolandsafetysystem.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcoverthefollowingtypesofspreaders:—handoperatedspreaders(withoutexternalpowersupply);—bottomliftgrapplespreadersusedforswapbodiesandroadtrailers.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwiththeliftingofpersons.ThisEuropeanStandardisapplicabletospreaderswhicharemanufacturedafterthedateofapprovalbyCENofthisstandard.

适用范围
本推荐作法为海上生产平台新管道系统的设计和安装推荐了最低的要求和准则。本文中最高设计压力为70000kPa，温度范围为-29℃（-20F摄氏度）到343℃（650F摄氏度）。对于超出该压力和温度范围的应用，应对材料的性能予特别考虑。本推荐作法是在多年开发油气矿场经验的基础上提出的。实际上，所有这些海上经验已经用在了无硫化氢的烃类作业中。然而，建立在广泛的陆地经验基础上的推荐作法，也包括了含有硫化氢的烃类作业的某些方法。
