【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesqualitylevelsofimperfectionsinfusion-weldedjoints(exceptforbeamwelding)inalltypesofsteel,nickel,titaniumandtheiralloys.Itappliestomaterialthicknessabove0,5mm.Itcoversfullypenetratedbuttweldsandallfilletwelds.ThepriciplesofthisInternationalStandardmayalsobeappliedtopartial-penetrationbuttwelds.QualitylevelsforbeamweldedjointsinsteelarepresentedinISO13919-1.Threequalitylevelsaregiveninordertopermitapplicationtoawiderangeofweldedfabrication.TheyaredesignatedbysymbolsB,CandD.QualitylevelBcorrespondstothehighestrequirementonthefinishedweld.Thequalitylevelsrefertoproductionqualityandnottothefitness-for-purpose(see3.2)oftheproductmanufactured.ThisInternationalStandardappliesto:—unalloyedandalloysteels;—nickelandnickelalloys;—titaniumandtitaniumalloys;—manual,mechanizedandautomaticwelding;—allweldingpositions;—alltypesofwelds,e.g.buttwelds,filletweldsandbranchconnections;—thefollowingweldingprocessesandtheirdefinedsub-processesinaccordancewithISO4063:—11metal-arcweldingwithoutgasprotection;—12submerged-arcwelding;—13gas-shieldedmetal-arcwelding;—14gas-shieldedweldingwithnon-consumableelectrodes;—15plasmaarcwelding;—31oxy-fuelgaswelding(forsteelonly).Metallurgicalaspects,e.g.grainsize,hardness,arenotcoveredbythisInternationalStandard.
