【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandarddescribesmethodsofmeasuringthepropertiesusedtospecifypolycrystallinemicrowaveferritesinaccordancewithIEC60392andforgeneraluseinferritetechnology.Thesemeasuringmethodsareintendedfortheinvestigationofmaterials,generallyreferredtoasferrites,forapplicationatmicrowavefrequencies.Singlecrystalsandthinfilmsgenerallyfalloutsidethescopeofthisstandard.NOTE1Forthepurposesofthisstandard,thewords“ferrite”and“microwave”areusedinabroadsense:–by“ferrites”ismeantnotonlymagneto-dielectricchemicalcomponentshavingaspinelcrystalstructure,butalsomaterialswithgarnetandhexagonalstructures;–the“microwave”regionistakentoincludewavelengthsapproximatelybetween1mand1mm,themaininterestbeingconcentratedontheregion0,3mto10mm.NOTE2Examplesofcomponentsemployingmicrowaveferritesarenon-reciprocaldevicessuchascirculators,isolatorsandnon-reciprocalphase-shifters.Theseconstitutethemajorfieldofapplication,butthematerialsmaybeusedinreciprocaldevicesaswell,forexample,modulatorsand(reciprocal)phase-shifters.Otherapplicationsincludegyromagneticfilters,limitersandmoresophisticateddevices,suchasparametricamplifiers.
