【摘要】:1GeneralThisstandardisdesignedtofacilitatetheelaborationofamanagementsystemwhichiscosteffective,appropriatetotheprojectinwhichitisimplemented,compatiblewiththeactors'existingstructuresandwhichhastheflexibilitytoadapttochangingneedsthroughoutallthephasesofanevolvingproject,andtonewprojects.Itcontainsthebasicrequirementsandoverallprinciplestobeappliedforthemanagementofspaceprojects,fromdefinitionofmissionobjectivestofinaldisposal.Itdefinesthescopeandinterfacesofthisdisciplinewiththeactivitiesrelativetothedomainsofengineeringandproductassurance,andexplainshowtheyaretobeinterrelatedtoensurecustomersatisfaction.Thesetofrelatedstandardsapplytoalltheactorsfortheexecutionofaspaceproject.Thisstandard:·presentsanddescribesthedocumentsgeneratedforconductingthemanagerialandtechnicalactivitiesassociatedwiththedeploymentandexecutionofspaceprojects;·definesthebasicmanagementrulesfortheexecutionofspaceprojects;·definestheapplicabilityoftheserulestoalltheactorsintheseprojects,includingforexamplespaceagencies,industryandscientificlaboratories;·identifiesprojectrequirementswithoutimposingaparticularorganizationalstructureontheactors;·proposeshowtheserequirementscanbetailoredtospecificprojectneeds.2SpacestandardsdomainsThespacestandardshavebeengroupedinthreebranches,designatedasmanagement,productassuranceandengineering.·Themanagementstandardsdefinetheprocessrequirementstobeappliedtotheoverallprojectactivitiesduringthelifecycle.Theydescribewhatneedstobeachievedtoestablishprojectbreakdownstructures(e.g.producttree,workbreakdownstructure),theprojectorganizationandcostandschedulemanagement,andcoveralsothemanagementofconfiguration,documentation,andintegratedlogisticsupport.·Theproductassurancestandardsdefinetherequirementsforthemanagementandperformanceofproductassuranceactivitiesduringaspaceproject(qualityassurance,dependability,safety,EEEcomponentscontrol,materials,mechanicalpartsandprocessescontrol,softwareproductassurance).·Theengineeringstandardsaredevotedtotheproductsthemselves.Theycover:·theengineeringprocessasappliedtospacesystemsandtheirelementsorfunctions;·technicalaspectsofparts,assemblies,equipments,subsystemsandsystemsusedtoaccomplish,orassociatedwith,spacemissions.Theyincludespecifications,guidelines,manuals,handbooksandprocedures,allidentifiedasspacestandards.Theirobjectiveistoenableengineerstoworkasefficientlyaspossibleandtoachievethemostappropriateproductfortheprojectapplication.
