【摘要】:IEC60204appliestotheelectricalandelectronicequipmentandsystemsofmachines,includingagroupofmachinesworkingtogetherinacoordinatedmanner,butexcludinghigherlevelsystemaspects(i.e.communicationsbetweensystems).ThispartofIEC60204isapplicabletoequipment,orpartsofequipment,whichoperatewithnominalsupplyvoltagesabove1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.andnotexceeding36kVa.c.ord.c.withnominalfrequenciesnotexceeding200Hz.Forhighervoltagesorfrequencies,specialrequirementsmaybeneeded.Inthisstandard,thetermHVequipmentalsocoverstheLVequipmentforminganintegralpartoftheequipmentoperatingathighvoltage.Therequirementsinthisstandardprimarilycoverthepartsoperatingathighvoltageexceptwhereexplicitlystatedotherwise.ReferenceismadetoIEC60204-1forthoserequirementswhichalsoapplytoHVequipment.NOTE1OtherLVequipmentnotformingpartoftheHVequipmentanddefinedasoperatingatvoltagesnotexceeding1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.arecoveredbyIEC60204-1.NOTE2Inthisstandard,theterm"electrical"includesbothelectricalandelectronicmatters(i.e.electricalequipmentmeansboththeelectricalandtheelectronicequipment).TheelectricalequipmentcoveredbythispartofIEC60204commencesatthepointofconnectionofthesupplytotheelectricalequipmentofthemachine(see5.1).NOTE3Fortherequirementsforpowersupplyinstallations,seeHD637.ThispartofIEC60204isanapplicationstandardandisnotintendedtolimitorinhibittechnologicaladvancement.Itdoesnotcoveralltherequirements(e.g.guarding,interlockingorcontrol)whichareneededorrequiredbyotherstandardsorregulationsinordertosafeguardpersonnelfromhazardsotherthanelectricalhazards.Eachtypeofmachinehasuniquerequirementstobeaccommodatedtoprovideadequatesafety.NOTE4Inthecontextofthisstandard,theterm"person"referstoanyindividual;"personnel"arethosepersonswhoareassignedandinstructedbytheuserorhisagent(s)intheuseandcareofthemachineinquestion.ThispartofIEC60204specificallyincludes,butisnotlimitedto,machinesasdefinedin3.26(annexAlistsexamplesofmachineswhoseelectricalequipmentmaybecoveredbythisstandard).Additionalandspecialrequirementscanapplytotheelectricalequipmentofmachinesthat-areusedintheopenair(i.e.outsidebuildingsorotherprotectivestructures);-use,processorproducepotentiallyexplosivematerial(e.g.paintorsawdust);-areusedinpotentiallyexplosiveand/orflammableatmospheres;-havespecialriskswhenproducingorusingcertainmaterials;-areusedinmines.PowercircuitswhereelectricalenergyisdirectlyusedasaworkingtoolareexcludedfromthispartofIEC60204.
