【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestechnicalsafetyrequirementsandmeasuresformobileormovablejacks(see3.6)andassociatedliftingequipment.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazardspertinenttomobileormovablejacksandassociatedliftingequipmentwhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.Thisstandardappliestoliftingequipment(see3.1)whicharemobileormovableanddesignedtooperateundertheload,whetheroperatedsingularyorinmultiplestopartiallyortotallyraiseandlowerloadsorvehiclesatoneormoreliftingpoints(excludingtheliftingofpersons)whereworkingundertheraisedloadisnotpermittedunlessadditionalmeansofsecuringtheloadinpositionareinplace.NOTEAssociatedliftingequipmentmeansliftingequipmentwhichissimilartothosedefinedin3.1,butwhichdoesnotfullycomplywiththesedefinitions.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishadditionalrequirementsfor?powerdrivebyaninternalcombustionmachine;?stabilityofthemobileormovablejacksandassociatedliftingequipment;?operationinsevereconditions(e.g.extremeclimates,freezerapplication,strongmagneticfields);?operationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmospheres,mines);?supplybyelectricalnetworkswherethetolerancesinvoltage,frequencyetc.differfromthoseinthepublicsupplies;?staticelectricproblems;?handlingofloads,thenatureofwhichcouldleadtodangeroussituations(e.g.moltenmetal,acids,radiatingmaterials,especiallybrittleloads);?hazardsoccurringduringproducinganddecommissioning;?hazardsoccurringwhenusingtheliftingequipmentonpublicroads;?windpressureinandoutofuse;?directcontactwithfoodstuffs;?operationonseaships.Thisstandardappliese.g.tothefollowingliftingequipment?mechanicaljackswithorwithoutclaw;?hydraulicjackswithorwithoutclawandwithorwithoutintegratedpump,e.g.hydraulictrolleyjacks,hydraulictransmissionjacks,hydraulicpitjacks;?pneumaticjacks.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytoa)jacksorstabilizerswhicharepermanentlyfixedtoatraileroracontainertosupportatrailerorcontainerwithoutthetractor-unit;b)hydrauliccylinderswhicharepermanentlyfixedtothevehiclefortippingand/ortiltingpartsofit;c)supportstandswiththepossibilityforchangingtheliftheightonlywithouttheload;d)hydraulicliftingequipmentworkingwithamaximumpressureexceeding500barandwherepumpandcylinderarenotintegratedpartsofthesameequipment;e)jacksthataredeliveredwithroadvehiclesforhelpingwhenabreak-downoccurs(includingdeliveryoforiginalspareparts).
