【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiestestmethodsandacceptancecriteriaapplicabletodomesticcasement,topswing,verticalslidingandtilt/turnwindowswhichprovideenhancedsecurityagainstunauthorizedforcedentry.Itdoesnotpurporttoprovideameansofassessingtotalsecurityagainstunauthorizedentry.Itisapplicabletonewwindowsasmanufacturedandpriortoinstallation.Itisapplicabletowindowsofanymaterialorcombinationofmaterialsincludinganyhardwarecoveringsingleandmultilightconfigurations.Theabilitytogainentrybythebreakingofglazingorinfillpanelsisnotassessedinthisspecification.Guidanceshouldbesoughtintothesecurityofglazing.Itisapplicabletowindowswithkeyunlockinghardware.Itisalsoapplicabletowindowswithotherthankeyunlockinghardwarewhenfittedwithlaminatedglass.Forthepurposeofthisstandardrestrictorsarenotconsideredaspartofthelockingsystem;suchdevicesarerenderedinoperativepriortotest.Thisstandardisonlyapplicabletoacompletewindowassemblyorrangeofwindowswithaspecificrangeofcomponents.Itappliestothefollowingwindowtypes:a)casement:sidehung(open-outandopen-in),tophung(open-out),bottomhung(open-in);b)tilt/turnandturn/tilt;c)fixedlightanddummyvent;d)topswing;e)verticalsliding.Compliancewiththisstandardcannotbeclaimedinrespectofindividualcomponentparts.
