【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254,intendedtobeusedtogetherwithISO4254-1,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofself-propelledandtrailedpick-upbalers,includingthecombinationofpick-upbalerswithwrappers,independentoftheshapeorsizeofthebalesformed.Itdescribesmethodsfortheeliminationorreductionofhazardsarisingfromtheintendeduseandreasonablyforeseeablemisuseofthesemachinesbyoneperson(theoperator)inthecourseofnormaloperationandservice.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpracticestobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.WhenrequirementsofthispartofISO4254aredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinISO4254-1,therequirementsofthispartofISO4254takeprecedenceovertherequirementsofISO4254-1formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotherequirementsofthispartofISO4254.ThispartofISO4254,takentogetherwithISO4254-1,dealswithallthesignificanthazards(aslistedinTable1),hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoself-propelledandtrailedpick-upbalers,includingthecombinationofpick-upbalerswithwrappers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusethatarereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletopedestrian-controlledroundbalers,environmentalhazards,roadsafety,vibrationandhazardsrelatedtomovingpartsforpowertransmission.Itisnotapplicabletohazardsrelatedtomaintenanceorrepairscarriedoutbyprofessionalservicepersonnel.NOTESpecificrequirementsrelatedtoroadtrafficregulationsarenottakenintoaccountinthispartofISO4254.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicabletomachinesmanufacturedbeforethedateofitspublication.
