本标准规定了建筑用弹性质感涂料的分类和标记、要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。
本标准适用于以合成树脂乳液为基料，由颜料、不同粒径彩砂等填料及助剂配制而成，通过刮涂、喷涂或刷涂等施工方法，在建筑物表面形成具有艺术质感效果的弹性抗裂饰面涂层。
